Note:Note: This recipe makes one latte plus a generous batch of the apple cider base. Ingredients: 3 cups apple juice 1/4 orange juice 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp whole cloves 3 teaspoons apple pie seasoning 2 tablespoons brown sugar 8 ounces medium dark coffee 1/4 cup milk Cinnamon powder  Cinnamon stick (optional) Caramel sauce Equipment Required: Saucepan Whisk Stove Spoons Two small dishes or saucers Coffee pod brewing machine Measuring cups Milk frother Instructions 1. To make the apple base, combine and whisk the apple juice, orange juice, whole cloves, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of apple pie seasoning in a small saucepan.2. Simmer the apple base on medium heat for approximately 20 minutes.3. Remove the apple base from the heat and take out the whole cloves. Set aside the apple base.4. In a small dish or saucer, make the brown sugar spice mixture for the glass rim. Mix together 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 teaspoons of apple pie seasoning.5. Pour approximately 2 tablespoons of store-bought or homemade caramel into a small dish or saucer.6. First, dip the glass upside down in caramel, then dip the glass in the brown sugar and spice mixture. Set aside.7. Brew 8 ounces of a medium dark roast coffee. We recommend using our French Roast OneCUP™ coffee pods.8. Add 1/2 cup of apple base to the coffee.9. Froth 1/4 cup milk. Add milk to the drink.10. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top. The night before, prepare cold brew coffee for the glaze. Follow our guide to make the perfect brew. 2. When you are ready to make the cupcakes, preheat the oven to 350°F. 3. Next, prepare the pumpkin batter. Combine dry ingredients and stir together. Set aside. 4. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients and stir together. 5. Gently stir the wet ingredients into the dry ones, careful not to overmix. Set aside. 6. Now, it is time to prepare the coffee batter. 7. Brew a strong cup of coffee. Double the amount of coffee, use a medium-coarse grind, and maintain a standard amount of water. 8. Combine dry ingredients and stir together. Set aside. 9. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients and stir together. 10. Gently stir the wet ingredients into the dry ones, careful not to overmix. Set aside. 11. Place cupcake liners in the pan. 12. Fill each cupcake liner ⅓ full with pumpkin batter. 13. Top off each cupcake liner with another ⅓ coffee batter. Each cupcake liner should be ⅔ full. 14. Place the cupcake pans in the oven at 350°F for about 12 to 15 minutes. The cupcakes are done when you insert a toothpick, and it comes out clean. 15. While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare the cream cheese icing and cold brew glaze. 16. To prepare the cream cheese icing, combine the ingredients with a mixer or spoon. 17. To prepare the cold brew glaze, combine all the ingredients with a whisk. 18. Once the cupcakes are cooled, pipe or spoon the icing onto the cupcakes. 19.
