We offer free shipping via UPS Ground for orders reaching beyond our $50 free shipping threshold (only $30 for recurring orders), after all calculated coupons, promotions, and discounts to the US contiguous states. This excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other US international territories. A tracking number will be provided with this method of shipment.
We now offer a $6.00 flat rate option via UPS Ground for orders below the free shipping threshold to residential addresses of the 48 contiguous states. Tracking numbers will be provided.
We have a minimum 2 business day handling time policy before shipping. So once you place your order, it may not ship until 2 business days later (but often ships sooner). If you order on or around one of our company holidays, the total days before shipping may take longer simply because the holiday is not a business day. Please see our holiday list at the bottom of this page. (Note: Saturday and Sunday are not considered as business days.) If you’re using Free Shipping/UPS Ground methods, transit times vary from our Northern California location.
We’re proud to offer free, USPS Priority Mail shipping on our website for all orders to all military APO/FPO addresses. It’s a great deal for soldiers’ families and friends and even those troops themselves who have come to love our coffee! Please note, we cannot ship overnight or express mail for APO or FPO boxes.
Shipments to PO boxes will be shipped via UPS Surepost or USPS.

Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting orders shipping to the Non-Contiguous US via our online store. If you would like to place an order shipping to Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Guam, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, please email our Customer Service Team at: email@example.com
To expedite this process, please include the SKU numbers or product description/size, quantity, and full shipping address. One of our representatives will contact you with your order total, including the live USPS shipping cost, and will collect your payment information.
You can now place an order online and pick it up at our roasting facility warehouse – for free! Our Customer Pickup option is available to customers who live within a general proximity of our Lincoln, CA facility: ranging from Beale AFB to the North, Auburn to the East, Citrus Heights to the South, and Nicolaus to the West.

Note: Not available on recurring orders. Regular orders usually take 2-3 days to process and handle. You must pick up your order within 7 days after we contact you during our business hours. If not, we’ll have to cancel your order and issue you a refund. If you did not get contacted after 5 days when you placed your order, please contact us immediately at 916-258-8000.
Please order by Dec. 10th to guarantee Christmas Delivery. When you place an order, your credit card will be charged generally within 24-48 hours. The order will typically ship within 2 business days, however, please expect delays during the holidays. Any orders placed on a holiday will be shipped as soon as possible after the holiday break. If you’re not happy with any product for any reason, please send us a message through our contact form or call us at 800-829-1300 within 30 days of your purchase date. We’ll gladly replace your product or provide a refund.
Because of food laws and regulations, we cannot accept back coffee. We ask that you donate the items to a charitable organization. For accessories except brewers, we will provide a replacement or refund. Brewers will be handled on a case by case basis.
Our Subscribe to Save feature is a coffee subscription service. By subscribing to the program, you will get 10% off every recurring order. You can choose how frequent you would like your recurring orders, and you can cancel at any time.
