To access your account, make sure you’re on the Login page: https://www.sfbaycoffee.com/customer/account/login. Then simply input your email address and password, and click on the Login button.

You may reset your password by providing your email address. If our system recognizes the email address, it will send out an email to that email address with a link to reset the password.
Please check your “Spam/Junk” folder and filtering options as it may not recognize our address, rogers_service@rogersfamilyco.com or service@sfbaycoffee.com. If this is the case, please add our email address to your address book of your Inbox.
Once received, please insert password exactly as it appears in its respective field.
The Address Book allows you to store multiple addresses in your account.
Once signed-in to your account, select the Address Book link in your Account page.
Simply, select Add New Address to begin building your list.
Now, enjoy the convenience of instantly changing your ship-to address during checkout.
In the Billing and Shipping Information sections, choose an existing address that you previously saved to be used
You may also enter a new address and have that one saved as well
If you want to delete or close your account, please contact us by phone or email so that we may shut it down thoroughly.
