    Putting this French press through the motions…

    I purchased in Jan 24 and have used daily since:

    Pros:

    1) Keeps coffee hot allowing a second cup a few hours post brew.

    2) Grounds remain sealed away keeping coffee from “over” brewing.

    3) Can be disassembled for easy cleaning.

    4) works for home, camping, office etc.

    Cons:

    1) Threads at bottom have a bend, if not careful when reassembling the plunge plate will can’t slightly resulting in a difficult plunge.

    2) The threads can be difficult to align resulting in cross threading. Now this has only happened on in hundreds of uses so not huge but a slight redesign would help.

    Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would buy again.

    I like it.

    I like the press just fine.. It’s a good size and produces a good cup of coffee. The only negative has been lining up the lid to thread the cup. I haven’t cross threaded it yet, but it wants to.
