Pumpkin Pie Latte

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup cold brew (we used our French Roast)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/4 cups milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Make the cold brew simple syrup.
Let sugar dissolve over low-medium heat, then combine 1/2 cup of cold brew and 1 cup of brown sugar to create the cold brew simple syrup.
Step 2: Make the sauce.
Add 1 cup of pumpkin puree and 1 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice to simple syrup and let the sauce heat slowly for 5 to 10 minutes over low-medium heat
Step 3: Turn off heat and add in 1 1/4 cups milk.
ASSEMBLING A HOT DRINK
Step 1: Combine the following ingredients in your favorite mug:
- 1 shot espresso
- 1/4 cup sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
Step 2: Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie seasoning.

Step 1: Combine the following ingredients in your favorite mug:
- 8 ounce cold brew (we used our French Roast)
- 1/2 cup sauce (let cool completely)
- 1/2 cup milk
Step 2: Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie seasoning.
