San Francisco Bay Coffee is comprised of dedicated individuals who work together to make an impact on our family of farmers and our Earth. We commit to practices, innovations and sustainability in the coffee industry.

Because of our incredible customer base, we’ve been able to make many improvements in the education, housing, healthcare, and sanitary conditions of the farming communities we work with. 

DIRECT PURCHASING

For the last 34 years, we've committed to buying the majority of our coffee directly from the 32,000 farmers we work with to ensure fair pay. 

SOCIAL CONDITIONS

We’ve built 63 schools, 1,775 housing complexes and a dozen medical and dental centers in the communities we work with. 

HEALTHY FARMS

In our 40 years, we have donated more than 10 million coffee plants to our farmers.
