Great Aroma ! Robust Flaovor !
The aroma when grinding the beans is sumptuous ! I do a pour over with 2X wettings before final pour. I use an OXO #6 grind, then 3 Tblspn grounds for 16oz of 212F water. The results in the cup are wonderful ! Very tasty brew !!! Robust but not harsh. Complex but not burnt. Black for my pre-exercise solo mug, or with milk with breakfast. Either way, I really like this blend.
