My husband and I have spent nearly the past three decades together enjoying coffee and forever i.s.o that "perfect cup". My husband grew up drinking coffee, as he was born into a family who grew and roasted their own beans in the mountains of Cortes Honduras. We have tried many coffee brands that we stuck with for years, others for months - but over the last five years or so, I decided to buy organic whenever possible. My first venture into SFB coffees was with their organic Rainforest Blend. Great coffee, but a bit too dark a roast for my personal preference. The breakfast blend is a much lighter roast, not for the faint of heart, and is sure to put some fire under your * you know what* in the morning. This roast is easy on my tummy, and all the company to whom I've offered a cup of coffee while visiting me has commented on how much they liked the coffee. Our niece recently even said that I ALWAYS for as long as she could remember offered the best cup of coffee.
