I love this stuff. I started drinking coffee in the army over 40 years ago and I like my coffee dark and well extracted. I use a medium grind and a Hario V60 03 for a pour over. I use 43 grams of ground Fog Chaser and 650 ml of filtered water and 1/8 tsp of salt to produce 17 ounces of coffee. What can I say - I have a big coffee cup. ;-) I use water that's right off the boil, and I use a six pour method. First pour is 150ml for the bloom, followed by five pours of 100ml. The first couple sips are a bit toward the bitter side which I attribute to the oils that rise to the top of the cup. And hey, caffeine is bitter, so I consider those first couple sips a jump start. After that it mellows out and it's delicious all the way to the bottom of the cup.

And not only do I love the coffee, I love the company as well. They ship quickly and their customer service is top notch. Any issues are dealt with promptly and I'm thoroughly impressed with their operation. Great company, great products, great service. Dunno what else I can say.
