Discontinued Products FAQs
There are multiple items from our San Francisco Bay Coffee assortment that we are going to be discontinuing. The list is as follows:
Unfortunately, these items are being discontinued due to low consumer interest and sales volumes.
We understand that coffee love runs deep and do apologize if we are no longer going to be producing your current favorite. We do hope that you will try another one of our coffees as a potential replacement. To help you in the search, we have come up with a swap list with our best and closest suggestions. Some items it’s a simple size change, but for others we tried to take flavor profiles, roast levels, and tasting notes into consideration. Here’s our suggestions on the best alternatives:
a. Go to your Account page
b. Select ‘My Subscription’ from the main menu
c. Find the Subscription that you want to edit and click the ‘Edit Products’ button
d. Under the item you need to change, click the ‘Swap item’ button
e. You will see the portfolio of products. Use the search bar to find the product you would like to swap your subscription to, select, and click ‘confirm’:
f. Once you are satisfied with the items in your order, click ‘Save changes’ to finalize:
a. Go to your Account page
b. Select ‘My Subscription’ from the main menu
c. Find the item(s) that you want to cancel/edit and click the ‘Cancel’ button
d. If cancelling, choose a reason, and select ‘Proceed’
e. If you are sure you want to cancel, click ‘Cancel Subscription’ on the next page
f. You should receive a confirmation of your cancellation.
